  • Learn energetic and emotional boundary-setting for everyday life

  • Use focused journaling prompts to untangle emotional overwhelm

Day 7: Morning Ritual for Centering

  • Create a daily 10-minute ritual to begin your day with clarity and intention

Day 8: Evening Ritual for Emotional Integration

  • Wind down with a calming ritual that signals safety to your system

Day 9: Sensory Reset & Nervous System Nourishment

  • Explore sensory tools to soothe and restore emotional balance

Day 10: Designing Your Personal Emotional Hygiene Plan

  • Create a customized set of rituals that fit your life and support long-term calm
