  • Day 6: Letting Go of Idealization or Demonization

  • Day 7: Guided Visualization: Meeting Your Younger Self

Week 2: Becoming the Parent You Needed

  • Day 8: Cultivating the Inner Safe Space

  • Day 9: Building the Inner Support Voice (vs. Inner Critic)

  • Day 10: Practicing Emotional Attunement to Yourself

  • Day 11: Boundaries, Protection, and Inner Authority

  • Day 12: Releasing Guilt, Fear, and Shame

  • Day 13: Creating a New Inner Parenting Ritual

  • Day 14: Integration Practice: Becoming Your Own Home
