This course is a transformational journey to help you heal the unmet emotional needs of your childhood, release the lingering impact of your parental relationships (whether your parents were emotionally absent, controlling, critical, or simply unable to give you what you needed), and build a new kind of inner safety — by becoming your own loving, wise inner parent.
