Your sexuality is sacred — not something to be fixed, hidden, or judged.
This course is a guided, heart-centered exploration of sexual healing, designed to help you release shame, reconnect with pleasure, and awaken a deeper intimacy with yourself and others.
Whether you've experienced sexual trauma, internalized shame, or simply want to feel more alive and empowered in your body — this journey will meet you with compassion, depth, and care.
You feel numb, disconnected, or shut down around your sexuality
You carry shame or discomfort around desire and pleasure
You've experienced sexual trauma or boundary violations
You long for more soulful, authentic intimacy
You want to reclaim your body as a source of wisdom, not judgment
Each day includes a short teaching, a guided embodiment or self-connection practice, and reflective prompts. Practices are gentle, non-performative, and trauma-informed — no nudity or explicit content.
